Here we provide state-of-the-art A.R.T procedures in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere on par with international standards.

Here we provide all facilities for:

  • Trans-vaginal Ultrasonography (T.V.S)
Trans-vaginal sonography provides accurate assessment of pelvic organs like uterus and ovaries.
Trans-vaginal USG follicular monitoring is also performed daily from day 7 of cycle until the lead follicle develops. I.U.I is then performed at 24 and 44 hours post Inj. hCG (ovulation trigger injection).
  • Operative Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy
By performing Laparo-hysteroscopy and looking into the pelvic cavity and uterine cavity we can diagnose and correct anatomical defects as well as conditions like fibroids, adhesions, blocked tubes etc which cause infertility.
  • Semen Analysis
Test for evaluation of the male partner.
  • Complete Testing & Counselling
Complete testing of couples for infertility and counselling towards treatment options, proposed management, complications, and referrals if required etc.

  • Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH)
I.U.I is always combined with Ovarian stimulation with Clomiphene Citrate (CC), CC-HMG or FSH (Hormones). Luteal phase support is then given for all patients.
  • Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI)
One of the first line treatments, especially for Male factor infertility, Unexplained infertility always in combination with Ovulation induction (COH).
Intrauterine insemination is the deposition of washed and capacitated sperm into the uterine cavity and remains one of the most popular ART techniques for the following indications:
    • Mild endometriosis
    • Tubo-periotoneal factors in a young patient with at least one functional and patent fallopian tube.
    • Mild male factor infertility.
    • PCOS – as an adjunct to ovulation induction.
    • Unexplained infertility.

Sperm for IUI is prepared in the semen laboratory by either of two methods, namely layering or gradient and the final washed sperm is then loaded in a catheter and transferred to the womb (IUI).

The results and average success rate of IUI per cycle is 8 – 18 % depending upon the indication and the COHS protocol used.

  • A.R.Techniques like Donor Sperm Insemination (D.I.U.I)
In cases where the Husband’s semen has no sperms or some genetic abnormality etc., sperms from anonymous donors can be used to achieve pregnancy.
  • Operative interventions for Male Infertility (Laparoscopy)

Our team has to its credit many pregnancies through simpler methods such as Intrauterine insemination(I.U.I) and we believe in stress free and user friendly treatment for the infertile couple. The clinic is known for simplified treatment protocols with very few clinic visits, the barest minimum of blood tests and friendly and supportive staff which helps the patient to cope with the physical and emotional stress of treatment.
